By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

• All products are subject to availability. Descriptions and images are for reference only.
• Prices are shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless converted by your payment provider.
• We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but such changes will not affect accepted orders.
• International Orders (EU, USA, etc.): You are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your destination country. Delivery times are estimates.

3. Orders and Acceptance

• Order acknowledgment emails are not acceptances.
• Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product and send a shipping confirmation.
• We may cancel any order for reasons including: product unavailability, payment irregularities, pricing error, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and bank transfers. You warrant that your payment method is valid and authorized. Full payment must be received before shipment.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (Incoterms: FOB Hong Kong).
• EU Consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products.
• USA Consumers: Shipping damage claims must be filed with the carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

6.1 For EU Consumers (Right of Withdrawal)

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Withdrawal period: 14 days from physical possession of the goods.
• To exercise the right: Email returns@wintopdigital.com before the period expires.
• Refund: We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6.2 For USA Consumers (Return Policy)

We do not generally accept returns for “change of mind.” For defective products, the return period is 7 days from delivery. Contact us with photos/videos for a replacement or refund.

6.3 For All Customers (Defects)

Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Hong Kong’s Supply of Goods and Services Ordinance (Cap. 457).

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, infringe intellectual property, distribute viruses, or interfere with the Site’s operation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Wintop Digital Limited. No license is granted except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the price you paid for the product. This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud as required by law (including EU Directive 2019/771).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. EU and USA consumers may also benefit from mandatory local consumer protections.
