1. Global Return Standards

Our policy is designed to comply with international consumer protection standards, including specific rights for EU and US customers.

1.1 Standard Returns (Non-EU)

  • Defective Products: You have 7 calendar days from delivery to report manufacturing defects.
  • Eligibility: Items must be in original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

1.2 EU Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have a legal 14-day “cooling-off” period to withdraw from a purchase without justification, per Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Return Eligibility & Exceptions

To maintain hygiene and security standards, the following are non-returnable:

  • Hygiene Items: Unsealed earbuds, headphones, or screen protectors.
  • Software: Downloaded or activated digital licenses.
  • User Damage: Items with liquid damage, cracked screens, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Final Sale: Items marked as clearance or gift cards.

3. Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once received, we inspect items within 5-7 business days.
  2. Approval: You will receive an email notification regarding your refund status.
  3. Credit: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Shipping & Logistics

  • Return Address: Wintop Digital Limited (Returns), ROOM 18 2/F, Tuspark, 118 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
  • Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. For high-value items, we recommend trackable shipping.
  • Customs: Clearly mark international returns as “Returned Goods” to avoid unnecessary duties.

5. Warranty & Support

Most hardware includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty. EU residents benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee.
